I. Room Rates and Details
1. Is the rate for per room or per person basis?
The rates mentioned are per room per night basis, on single/double occupancy.
2. What currency is the room rate quoted in?
The room rates are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees).
3. What is the difference between these room categories - the Suite Room & Luxury room?
Suite room is a spacious double/twin bedded room having separate living & dining spaces with attached bedroom, with private balcony overlooking pool/garden having an approximate carpet area of 450 sq ft.
The Luxury room is a double/twin bedded room with independent private balcony, overlooking pool/garden having an approximate carpet area of 375 sq ft.
4. Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is offered complimentary with the room.
5. Do children stay for free?
Young guest below 06 years of age sharing the same bed will be without a charge. And any child 06 years and above would be charged.
6. Is Tax and Service Charge included in the rates?
No, government taxes as applicable are charged separately. At present it is 10 % luxury tax on room tariff. Service charge is included in room rate.
7. Do you offer further discounts for travel industry staffs, students and senior citizens ?

1. Is Tax and Service Charge included in the rates?

Yes.
III. Booking Procedure
1. How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation on the hotel website or send us an email on reservation@sonestainns.com or sonesta@sonestainns.com or you may also call the reservation department which is operational from 09am – 06pm on 0091-832-2489448/49.
2. Please explain fields required in the Reservation Form.
You name, travelling dates and category of rooms, arrival time, billing details, and credit card details to confirm the reservation, your contact details for further correspondence.
3. Why do I have to submit my credit card details?
To effect online payment on our payment gateway.
4. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
The reservation department will e-mail you the confirmation of your reservation along with the confirmation details.

Yes.

V. Amendment
1. How do I amend my reservation?
You can amend your reservation as per the hotel availability by an email sent to the reservation department at reservation@sonestainns.com or sonesta@sonestainns.com or you can contact us directly on 0091-832-2489448/49 which is operational from 09am – 06pm.
VI. Cancellation
1. What is the cancellation deadline for my booking?
3 days prior to the date of arrival.
2. What is the cancellation penalty?

3. How do I cancel my reservation?
